I –1 Transport conditions :
The transport pass (electronic pass card, paper pass, adhesive pass) is for the purchaser's use only. It is non-transferable. The
adhesive pass must be attached in strict accordance with the instructions shown at the cash desk, the validity of this pass is
reglemented by the full respect of these conditions of use.
A pass for a period longer than 2 days is only valid if accompanied by a recent identity photograph of the holder.
The transport pass must be presented at every checkpoint together with valid proof of identity of the holder.
When valid this pass gives the user the right of access to the ski lifts in operation that correspond to the category of the pass.
The pass must be in the possession of the user throughout his journey from the departure point of the ski lift up to the arrival point.
In the absence of a pass or in the event of the use of a non-valid or non-conforming pass, as declared by a member of the staff, a
fine of, at the most, five times the full price of the pass may be levied.
No reimbursements can be made in the event of illness or accident.
Electronic pass card :
A ski pass established using an electronic card requires a deposit of 3€.
This sum may be reimbursed, at the ski lift cash desk on the return of an electronic card in perfect condition during the displayed
opening hours. This card must be neither folded, broken, nor otherwise rendered inoperational by any other means.
For technical reasons, the company reserves the right to withdraw the electronic passes from circulation and thus end all
reimbursements of the deposits on the electronic cards by informing clients of this application in writing at the cash desks.
I – 2 Loss, theft or deterioration :
All passes found must be returned to the cash desks where they were supplied (Megève Rochebrune: 04.50.21.38.39 – Megève
Mont d’Arbois : 04.50.21.22.07 – Megève Jaillet : 04.50.21.01.50 – La Giettaz : 04.79.32.92.67 - Saint Gervais : 04.50.93.11.87 –
Saint Nicolas de Véroce : 04.50.93.20.14 – Combloux : 04.50.58.65.41 – Les Contamines : 04.50.47.02.05 – Cordon :
04.50.58.14.21). No lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged passes can be replaced or reimbursed.
The « Evasion Mont Blanc » or « Combloux/Jaillet/Giettaz/Cordon » winter season passes lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged will
not be reimbursed but may be replaced at the resort that supplied them on presentation of the duplicata given and the settlement of
a fee of 30€ to cover the cost of handling the dossier and blocking the previous pass, plus 3€ for the purchase of the new material.
I – 3 Duration of validity :
A pass sold during the winter is not valid beyond the closing date of the ski lifts of the winter season in progress.
A pass sold during the summer season is not valid beyond the closing date of the ski lifts of the summer season in progress.
I – 4 Forfaitary compensation in the event of interruption of the service :
In the event of an interruption in the ski lift service, holders of a ski holiday pass may be offered « compensation » for the
inconveniences suffered in the event of a full and consecutive halt in the operation of the facilities for more than one half-day.
This compensation, calculated at the end of the holiday, will be equal to the difference between the price paid by the client and the
days used by the holder multiplied by the basic tarif.
On presentation of the relevant documents, the client may benefit from :
- either an immediate prolongation,
- either a credit note for day(s) immediately agreed to,
- or a later reimbursement, appropriate documents being produced within the next two months, reimbursement will occur
within four months of reception of the above mentionned documents.
The user may not request a financial sum or service exceeding this forfaitary compensation.
I – 5 Reductions
Reductions for children under the age of 5, children less than 15 years of age, a person over the age of 60, a person over the age of
80, families may be accorded only on presentation of proof of age when purchasing the pass.
I – 6 Reimbursement
In events other than those mentionned in clause I – 4 and in accordance with the specific conditions in clause II – 3, no pass will
be reimbursed, except in the event of force majeure (the lack of snow is not considered as a case of force majeure). In the event of
illness or accident the pass will not be reimbursed.
I – 7 Local Town Laws
It is strongly recommended that the users of the slopes and the ski lifts within each ski area inform themselves of the Local Town
Laws of the different communes in operation relevant to this subject.
I – 8 Law applicable and litigation
The present contract is subject to French Law. Before taking any case to court, the parties are obliged to seek representation
through a conciliation procedure. In the event of a case being brought before the court, only the courts in Bonneville may be
solicited.
