NEW BENEFITS WITH THE EVASION SEASON SKIPASS...
- From 14th of March until end of winter season, Megeve offers unlimited access to the pool, the gym (minimum age 15), ping-pong, mediathèque and subject to opening, the ice rink and outdoor tennis. You will need to present your 2010/2011 Evasion season skipass paying adult or child purchased in Megève at the entrance to the Palais des Sports.
- And for the summer 2011, a special offer: an extra 43 E per adult and 34 E per child, your winter season skipass will allow you to use the lifts open during the summer and holidays of Toussaint 2011.

MAGNESTICK IN MEGEVE |

Megève will equip 2 chairlifts this winter : "Petit Rochebrune" and "Grands Champs" will be equiped with Magnestick system this winter.
Two places will be equiped on each chair of these two fixed grip chairlifts.
Megève is the 1st ski resort in Haute-Savoie equiped with this system.
A permanant magnet fixed to the seat is activated for the whole ride up including when the child gets on.
On arrival at the top, the magnet is automatically deactivated when the child gets off. The child can then get up from the seat normally.
The risk of a child falling off before getting to the top is prevented as the magnet is only deactivated when the child puts their skis on the snow (even if someone lifts the restraining bar well before arrival).

The ambassadors of Megève |

A team of volunteers, created in 2000, with around 70 members today. Present at the foot of the slopes, they inform skiers about skiruns, events and entertainment taking place in and around Megève. They are there to help make your stay and day's skiing even more enjoyable.

The Megève skilift company undertakes ! |

It is official ... Megève skilift company undertakes certification ISO 14001 version 2004. The French National syndicat for skilifts (SNTF) help this process with 20 other Haute Savoie skilifts companies , for years sensitive to environmental issues, it has the opportunity to obtain certification .
The certification will take place in several stages from 2008 to 2012 with a Level 1 certification obtained in 2010.
